Hey there,  I’m Lindsay, the heart behind The Organized Owl.

With a background in business management, over a decade of experience in high-demand industries, and a knack for building strong relationships, I bring a unique mix of strategy, support, and heart to every client I work with. I’ve worn many hats - from HR and marketing to event management and admin - and I love using that experience to help business owners find clarity, simplify the chaos, and focus on what truly matters.

I work as a business support specialist (think virtual assistant, but so much more) and I'm intentional about the work I take on and the clients I partner with. These days I'm focused on project-based work that makes a real difference - the strategic, creative, and organizational stuff that I genuinely love doing. I especially enjoy working with small businesses, solopreneurs, and women-led businesses who are building something meaningful and just need the right person in their corner to help them get there.

I’m not just a task-ticker - I think big, work collaboratively, and treat your business like it’s my own. Whether you need someone to bounce ideas off or a behind-the-scenes partner to keep things running smoothly, I’m here for it.

Outside of work, I live in Edmonton with my partner and our adorable corgi mix, Miley. My friends and family are everything to me, and I’m passionate about making a positive impact - both in my clients’ businesses and in the world. That passion extends into how I'm building my own life too - I'm on a journey toward tiny home and RV living, and that shift toward intentional, sustainable living has completely shaped the way I think about business, community, and what it means to truly thrive. One of my long-term dreams is creating an affordable tiny home community built on values of connection, sustainability, and care - and I'd love to connect with others who are building in that space too.
